We are Mike and Mika, a married couple from Germany with a passion for adventure. Following an extensive world tour, we chose to make Honduras our home, drawn to the natural beauty and charm of Utila. We fell in love with the island and it's wonderful people. We have been residing here since 2023 and have become a part of Utilas vibrant community.
Having realized our dream of living and working in Utila, we later relocated to the Southshore to enjoy the tranquility and peaceful surroundings that this area offers.😊

We will conduct inspections of the property and house on a monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly basis, depending on the client's preference. Our checks cover a wide range of areas, including electronics, water systems, pest control, and much more. Each inspection follows a comprehensive checklist to ensure nothing is overlooked.
After every visit, we provide the client with a detailed report, highlighting any issues that require attention or confirming that everything is in good condition. Additionally, if desired, we can include photographs or videos for further clarity.

Are you building your dream home but cannot always be on-site? We are here to assist you! We conduct regular visits to the property, capturing photos, videos, and even drone footage to keep you updated. We closely monitor the progress to ensure that all requests and specifications are being followed correctly. Any discrepancies are promptly identified and addressed, ensuring there are no unexpected issues at the completion of the project.

We can do your first grocery shopping before you arrive.
We assist with organizing some tours.
Cleaning lady, handyman, whatever you need, we organize someone and take care of repairs.
Video with music of the house and surroundings, including drone footage (for house sale or as a souvenir).
We do not require long-term contracts. We believe that the quality of our service will serve as the guarantee ! Individual or additional requests can be accommodated.
